Ramin Hashemi

Ramin is a corporate executive with experience in large multi-national, small entrepreneurial, as well turn-around companies. After working at Lockheed Martin on Safety, Reliability, and Quality Assurance of the International Space Station for NASA, Ramin moved to the private sector where he successfully built several businesses. Ramin has received several awards, including Business of the Year award from California State Senator Jim Battin.  

Following completion of a program in Brazil designed by the Geneva based WISE group to learn about key success factors of social entrepreneurs, Ramin has recently turned his career focus on this sector to leverage on his expertise from the private sector to help make a positive social impact. Ramin holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics, a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and has completed the Program for Executive Development (PED) at IMD.
